Gewundheit

Gewundheit is a German word that translates to "health" in English. It is commonly used as an exclamation when someone sneezes, similar to the English phrase "bless you." The tradition of saying "Gewundheit" after a sneeze is believed to have originated centuries ago, with some theories suggesting it was a way to ward off evil spirits or prevent illness.
