GRAF3
GRAF3, also known as growth arrest-specific 3, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GRAF3 gene. This gene is located on chromosome 11q23.3. GRAF3 is a member of the GRAF (GTPase-activating protein family) family, which includes GRAF1, GRAF2, and GRAF5. GRAF proteins are involved in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation, and they play a role in various signaling pathways, including those mediated by the Ras family of small GTPases.
