Fromis9

fromis_9 is a South Korean girl group formed by Pledis Entertainment through the 2017 reality show Idol School. The group officially debuted on January 24, 2018, with the EP "To. Heart". The name "fromis_9" is a combination of "from" and "promise" and also "9", representing the nine members.

The original lineup consisted of Saerom, Hayoung, Gyuri, Jiwon, Jisun, Seoyeon, Chaeyoung, Nagyung, and Jiheon. In July 2022, it was announced that Jang Gyu-ri would be leaving the group to pursue a solo career, and fromis_9 would continue as an eight-member group.

fromis_9 is known for their bright and energetic concepts, often incorporating elements of pop and dance music into their releases. Their discography includes several popular EPs and singles such as "Love Bomb," "FUN!," "Feel Good (SECRET CODE)," and "We Go." The group has gained a significant international following through their music and performances.
