Froðbas
Froðbas is a fictional creature appearing in the folklore of the Nordic region, particularly in the remote coastal villages of Norway. Descriptions of Froðbas vary, but it is generally depicted as a small, amphibious being, often no larger than a house cat. Its skin is said to be a mottled grey-green, giving it excellent camouflage amongst the seaweed and rocks of its preferred habitat.
