Filyovskaya
Filyovskaya is a station on the Koltsevaya Line (Ring Line) of the Moscow Metro. Located in the central part of Moscow, it serves the area around Filyovskiy Prospekt and nearby streets. The station opened on January 1, 1950, as part of the initial segment of the Ring Line. It features typical Moscow Metro architecture with a single underground hall and a mezzanine level connecting to the street. Filyovskaya is known for its proximity to several historical and cultural landmarks, including the Novodevichy Convent and the Moscow Kremlin. The station's design reflects the functional and aesthetic principles of mid-20th-century Soviet metro construction, with tiled walls and a functional layout.
