Ferron

Ferron is a small village located in Eastern Utah, United States. It is situated in Sevier County, approximately 35 miles northeast of the county seat, Richfield. The village has a total area of 0.3 square miles and is situated at an elevation of 6,825 feet above sea level.

As of the 2010 United States Census, the population of Ferron was 373 residents. The village is part of the Manti-Ferron School District and serves as a rural residential area. The local economy is based primarily on agriculture, including livestock and hay production.

Ferron has a cold semi-arid climate, characterized by low humidity and moderate temperatures. During the winter months, the area receives heavy snowfall.
