FeFETSpeicher
FeFETSpeicher refers to Ferroelectric Field-Effect Transistor (FeFET) based memory. This type of non-volatile memory utilizes the ferroelectric properties of a material to store data. In a FeFET, the gate dielectric is made of a ferroelectric material. The polarization state of this ferroelectric material can be switched by applying an electric field, which in turn modulates the conductivity of the underlying semiconductor channel. This change in channel conductivity represents a stored bit of information, typically a 0 or a 1.
The key advantage of FeFET memory lies in its potential for low power consumption and high endurance.
