FcRL6
FcRL6, also known as Fc receptor-like 6, is a transmembrane protein that belongs to the Fc receptor-like (FcRL) family. These receptors are structurally similar to classical Fc receptors, which bind to the Fc region of antibodies, but they do not appear to mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity or phagocytosis. Instead, FcRLs are thought to play regulatory roles in immune responses, particularly in B cell development and function.
FcRL6 is primarily expressed on B lymphocytes, with its expression levels varying during different stages of
Research into FcRL6's precise function is ongoing. Studies suggest it may play a role in fine-tuning B
