Fatnodes

Fatnodes are a concept in distributed systems, particularly in the context of peer-to-peer networks and certain blockchain architectures. They refer to nodes that possess significant resources, such as substantial storage capacity, high bandwidth, and considerable processing power. These resources enable fatnodes to perform more demanding tasks than lighter nodes, often acting as crucial infrastructure for the network.
