Fasciatunnels are a type of surgical procedure used to treat certain conditions of the hand and wrist. The procedure involves creating a tunnel or channel within the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and other structures, to reroute tendons or nerves.

In this case, the surgeon creates a tunnel in the fascia to release the tendon and allow it to move more freely.
