Faemar is a fictional maritime kingdom described within the fantasy setting of Eldoria. It is presented as a constitutional monarchy with a ceremonial crown and a parliamentary system, where the monarch serves as head of state and a prime minister leads the government.

Geography and administration: Faemar lies along a coastal belt and the adjacent inland hills, featuring a temperate maritime climate. The realm is divided into seven provinces: Northreach, Eastshore, Silverhold, Mistmere, Ironrun, Highmere, and Dawnwatch. The capital and largest city is Valmere, with several major ports, including Port Isen and Brinegate.

History: The polity’s roots trace to a cluster of coastal city-states that gradually unified under a single crown in the medieval era, formalizing into the Kingdom of Faemar by the 12th century. It has since undergone periods of reform, expansion, and intermittent conflict, shaping its contemporary institutions and provincial structure.

Economy: Faemar’s economy centers on naval trade, shipbuilding, fishing, timber, and mineral extraction. The currency is the faemaric crown. The realm maintains a diversified trade network across nearby regions and islands, supported by its shipyards and port cities.
