Erythroblastická refers to something related to erythroblasts. Erythroblasts, also known as normoblasts, are immature red blood cells found in the bone marrow. They are precursors to mature red blood cells, or erythrocytes. The process of their development is called erythropoiesis. During erythropoiesis, erythroblasts undergo several stages of maturation, characterized by changes in cell size, nuclear appearance, and hemoglobin content.
