Elérhetk

Elérhetk is a term used in Hungarian-language discussions of reachability in discrete systems. In standard orthography, related adjectives are elérhető and elérhetők meaning "reachable" or "accessible," and the noun elérhetőség meaning "reachability" or "availability." The form elérhetk is not a normative lemma but commonly appears in ASCII text, code identifiers, and documentation where diacritics are stripped.

In the context of graph theory, elérhetk denotes the binary relation on a set of nodes such that node u can reach node v if there exists a directed path from u to v. This reachability relation is reflexive (each node can reach itself via a path of length zero) and transitive (if u can reach w and w can reach v, then u can reach v). The concept is central to many algorithmic problems and data structures.

Computationally, reachability is determined through standard graph algorithms. Depth-first search or breadth-first search from a given node yields all nodes reachable from that node. The transitive closure, which captures reachability between all pairs of nodes, can be computed using algorithms such as Warshall, or by repeated DFS/BFS from every node, depending on the graph size and structure.

Applications of reachability include network routing, program analysis and optimization, database querying, dependency resolution, and social network analysis. It also underpins correctness checks in workflows and systems where the possibility of moving from one state to another must be established.

Orthographic notes: elérhetk should be viewed as an ASCII representation of the same concept found in elérhető/elérhetők or elérhetőség.
