Elindításának

Elindításának is a Hungarian grammatical form that functions as the genitive possessive of the noun elindítás, meaning the act of starting or launching something. The base elindítás comes from the verb indítani (to start up) with the prefix el- and the nominalizing suffix -ítás. The suffix -ának marks possession or association with a third-person possessor, so elindításának translates roughly to “the launching of it” or “the start of it,” depending on context.

The form is used within noun phrases to indicate the initiation of a process, project, device, organization, or policy and to attribute that initiation to a specific referent. For example, az elindításának költségei means “the costs of its launching,” and a vállalat elindításának ütemterve means “the timetable for the company’s launch.” In many cases, the exact referent is supplied by the surrounding sentence, while elindításának links the discussion to the initiation phase of that referent.
