ElMelloi

ElMelloi is a collective term often used to refer to Waver Velvet, a prominent character from the Japanese visual novel and anime franchise Fate/stay night. Waver Velvet, also known by his Servant's name Rider, eventually becomes the head of the El-Melloi family, a distinguished magical lineage within the world of the Fate series. His journey from a young, ambitious mage to a respected authority figure is a significant arc within the franchise.

Waver's initial appearance is as a participant in the Fourth Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City, where he summons the King of Conquerors, Alexander the Great (Iskandar), as his Servant. He is driven by a desire to prove himself and surpass his mentor, Lord El-Melloi II. After the events of the Fourth War, Waver undergoes considerable personal growth, becoming more mature and responsible.

Later in the series, particularly in the spin-off Fate/Zero and its sequel anime adaptation Lord El-Melloi II Case Files, Waver Velvet, now Lord El-Melloi II, is a respected professor at the Clock Tower, the premier institution for magecraft. He takes on apprentices and investigates various supernatural incidents, showcasing his intellect and combat prowess. His experiences have shaped him into a complex and capable mage, carrying the weight of his past and the legacy of the El-Melloi name.
