In 2005, Eisys was acquired by Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. The acquisition was part of Capgemini's strategy to strengthen its presence in the UK market and expand its service offerings. Following the acquisition, the Eisys brand was integrated into Capgemini, and its operations and employees became part of the larger organization. The integration aimed to leverage the combined expertise and resources to better serve clients.
