Eindrück
Eindrück is a term used in German-language aesthetics and cognitive studies to denote the immediate, pre-reflective impression produced by a perceptual stimulus. The word is closely related to the more common "Eindruck" but is distinguished by its emphasis on the affective and bodily reactions that arise before deliberate interpretation.
