Dowcipnym

Dowcipnym is the instrumental singular masculine and neuter form of the Polish adjective dowcipny, meaning witty or humorous. The term describes something characterized by wit or humor, or a person who has a quick, playful sense of humor. Dowcipnym is used when the modified noun is masculine or neuter and appears in the instrumental case, for example after prepositions such as z, or in predicative expressions.

Etymology and form: dowcipny derives from dowcip, a noun meaning a witty remark, joke, or humorous idea. The adjective then forms various gendered and case forms to agree with the nouns it modifies. In addition to dowcipnym, feminine forms are dowcipna (nominative) or dowcipną in instrumental usage, while plural forms include dowcipni/dowcipne in different cases.
