Dissipativními is a Czech adjective meaning "dissipative". It describes systems or processes where energy is lost, typically as heat, to the surroundings. In physics, dissipative systems are contrasted with conservative systems, where energy is conserved. Examples of dissipative processes include friction, air resistance, and electrical resistance. These processes convert organized energy into disordered thermal energy, leading to an increase in entropy for the universe as a whole, in accordance with the second law of thermodynamics.
