Direktiivinä

Direktiivinä is a Finnish term that translates to "as a directive" or "in the capacity of a directive." It is used in legal and administrative contexts to indicate that a particular instruction, rule, or guideline is being issued or considered in the form of a directive. A directive, in this sense, is a formal instruction or order that must be followed. It carries a certain level of authority and implies an obligation for compliance.

The use of "direktiivinä" often appears when discussing the implementation of laws or regulations. For example, a government body might issue a statement or a document "direktiivinä" to its subordinate agencies, outlining specific steps or requirements that must be adhered to. This signifies that the communication is not merely a suggestion but a binding instruction.
