Croatia–Bosnia and Herzegovina relations refer to the bilateral ties between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, two neighboring states in Southeast Europe. They share a land border and a short Adriatic coastline at the town of Neum, linking Croatian and Bosnian territories through a history that spans centuries.

Historically part of Yugoslavia, both countries pursued independence in the early 1990s. Croatia joined the European Union in 2013, while Bosnia and Herzegovina has pursued EU accession and remains a potential candidate. Croatia has been an important partner in stabilizing BiH after the Bosnian War and supported the Dayton Peace Agreement in 1995, with ongoing cooperation on security, governance, and regional development.

Economically, Croatia is BiH's most significant trading partner among neighboring states, with cross-border commerce, investment, and tourism linking the two economies. Infrastructure projects and road corridors that connect inland Europe with the Adriatic coast facilitate movement and trade. The Neum coastline shapes coordination on transit, coastal planning, and regional connectivity.

People and culture play a central role in the relationship. Croats form a substantial community in BiH; language, religion, and cultural exchange create ongoing ties in education, science, culture, and sport. These links reinforce mutual understanding and cooperation across communities.

In regional and international forums, Croatia and BiH work together within CEFTA and Western Balkans processes, and they coordinate on migration management, border control, and environmental issues. The relationship is oriented toward stability, economic development, and the prospect of closer European integration.
