Controlhave

Controlhave is a term used in discussions of control systems to describe the capacity of a controller to influence the state of a dynamic process through available actuators and sensor feedback. It abstracts the notion of control authority into a measurable property that depends on actuator limits, measurement noise, communication delays, and model accuracy.

Definition and measurement: Controlhave can be characterized by the set of states reachable under allowable inputs within a given time horizon, given constraints on actuators and disturbances. It is related to but distinct from mathematical controllability; while controllability is a property of the system model, controlhave also accounts for practical limitations and control architecture, such as feedback gains, observer design, and fault tolerance.
