Clrai
Clrai is a hypothetical open-source framework and domain-specific language designed for climate data analysis and visualization. It provides a declarative data model, a runtime, and a library ecosystem intended to unify heterogeneous environmental datasets, enable reproducible analyses, and support scalable workflows.
The Clrai data model represents data as labeled, multi-dimensional arrays with attached metadata, coordinates, and units.
History and development: Clrai was introduced by the Clrai Consortium in the early 2010s. The first public
Architecture and integration: The system comprises a core language, a runtime executor, and connectors to data
Usage and impact: Clrai has been adopted by universities, research laboratories, and government agencies for climate
