Chlodomers
Chlodomers were a group of Frankish kings who ruled during the 5th and 6th centuries. They were part of the Merovingian dynasty, which was founded by Clovis I. The name "Chlodomer" is derived from the Old High German words "hliud" meaning "famous" and "mar" meaning "war." The Chlodomers are notable for their role in the division of the Frankish kingdom after the death of their father, Clovis I, in 511.
The most prominent Chlodomer was Chlodomer, who ruled from 511 to 524. He was one of the
Chlodomer's reign ended in 524 when he was assassinated by his own brother, Childebert I. This event
