Cheope

Cheope is the Italian form of Khufu, the ancient Egyptian pharaoh of the Fourth Dynasty who reigned in the late 26th century BCE. The name Cheops is the Greek rendering, and Cheope is commonly used in Italian-language sources. He is traditionally associated with the construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza, the largest and best-known monument of ancient Egypt.
