Cefalorraquídeo refers to the cephalorachidian region, which encompasses the head and the vertebral column. This anatomical area is crucial for protecting the central nervous system. The head houses the brain, the primary control center of the body, while the vertebral column, also known as the spine, encloses the spinal cord, which transmits signals between the brain and the rest of the body.
