Bérlése
Bérlése is the act of leasing or renting an asset from a bérbeadó (lessor) to a bérlő (tenant) for a defined period and for a price. It covers a broad range of arrangements, from real estate and vehicles to equipment and other movable goods. The essential parties are the bérbeadó and the bérlő, and the relationship is typically formalized by a bérleti szerződés (lease agreement) that states the object, term, rent, payment terms, and conditions of use, maintenance, and return. The contract may also address deposits (kaució) and rules on subletting or assignment.
Legal framework: In Hungary, standard lease contracts are governed by the Civil Code, with sector-specific rules
Uses and implications: Bérlése is common in housing and commercial premises, but also widely used for equipment
