Bærermodtagere

Bærermodtagere, a Danish term, translates to "carrier receivers" in English. This concept is fundamental in the field of wireless communication, referring to devices that are designed to receive and process signals transmitted via a carrier wave. The carrier wave is a high-frequency electromagnetic wave that is modulated to carry information. Without a carrier, the information signal, which is typically at a much lower frequency, would not be efficiently radiated or received over long distances.

In a typical wireless system, a transmitter modulates the carrier wave with the information signal. This modulated carrier wave is then radiated into space.
