Brýnum

Brýnum is a term originating from the Czech language, meaning "glasses" or "spectacles." It refers to a vision aid worn in front of the eyes to correct refractive errors such as myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), or astigmatism. The lenses within brýnum are precisely shaped to refract light, focusing it correctly onto the retina, thereby improving visual acuity.

Historically, early forms of vision correction existed, but modern brýnum as we know them developed with advancements in optics and lens grinding. Today, brýnum are available in a vast array of styles, materials, and lens types, catering to diverse needs and aesthetic preferences.
