Blockkondensatoren, also known as power entry modules or EMI filters, are electrical components that combine a fuse holder, a switch, and an EMI/RFI filter into a single unit. They are typically installed at the point where power enters an electronic device or system. The primary function of a blockkondensator is to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) generated by the connected equipment from radiating outwards and also to prevent external interference from entering the device.
