Biscoe
Biscoe is a coastal area located on the west coast of Graham Land, Antarctica. It is named after Captain James Biscoe, a British naval officer who discovered the area in 1832. The Biscoe Islands, which are part of the South Shetland Islands, are also named after him. The region is known for its significant wildlife, including penguins, seals, and various species of birds. Biscoe is also notable for its historical importance, as it was one of the first areas of Antarctica to be explored by humans. The area is part of the British Antarctic Territory and is protected under the Antarctic Treaty System.
