Birsig

Birsig is a river in Switzerland. It originates in the Jura Mountains and flows through the canton of Basel-Landschaft before entering the canton of Basel-Stadt. The Birsig empties into the Rhine River in the city of Basel. The river is relatively short, with a length of approximately 23 kilometers. Its course is characterized by a series of valleys and meanders.
