Betoniluokka
Betoniluokka is a Finnish system of categorizing concrete pavements based on their durability and performance. The system was developed by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) in 1999 to classify concrete pavement mixtures based on their expected service life.
The system categorizes concrete pavements into five groups, each with its own durability class. The groups
The five durability classes in the Betoniluokka system are:
* Luokka 1 (Class 1): Concrete pavements with a durability factor of 1.2 or higher, indicating a service
* Luokka 2 (Class 2): Concrete pavements with a durability factor of 1.0 to 1.2, indicating a service
* Luokka 3 (Class 3): Concrete pavements with a durability factor of 0.8 to 1.0, indicating a service
* Luokka 4 (Class 4): Concrete pavements with a durability factor of 0.6 to 0.8, indicating a service
* Luokka 5 (Class 5): Concrete pavements with a durability factor below 0.6, indicating a service life
The Betoniluokka system provides a standardized method for evaluating the durability of concrete pavements and helps
