Berlipat

Berlipat is a traditional Indonesian dish originating from the Minangkabau ethnic group, primarily found in West Sumatra. The name "berlipat" translates to "folded" in English, referring to the unique preparation method of the dish. It is a type of rendang, a rich and spicy meat dish, but with a distinctive texture due to the folding technique.
