Beinin

Beinin is a town and commune in the central valley of Valoria, a fictional country. It is the administrative seat of Beania Province and lies along the Lura River, about 60 km north of the capital, Valoria City. The municipality covers 34.6 square kilometers. Population was 5,900 in 2023, with a population density of about 170 per square kilometer. The economy relies on agriculture (dairy and crop farming), light manufacturing (furniture and textiles), and services including commerce and green tourism.

History: Beinin originated in the 14th century as a farming hamlet. It expanded after a 19th-century railway line connected it to larger markets. The historic center preserves several 18th–19th century buildings.
