Batur
Mount Batur, or Gunung Batur, is an active stratovolcano on the island of Bali, Indonesia. It sits at the edge of the eastern rim of the Batur caldera and forms part of a volcanic complex that includes Lake Batur, the island’s crater lake. The peak rises about 1,700 meters above sea level, and the surrounding caldera features a rugged landscape shaped by past volcanic activity.
