Batenhorst
Batenhorst is a village and a former municipality in the district of Osterholz, Lower Saxony, Germany. It is located approximately 2 kilometers southwest of the district town Osterholz-Scharmbeck. The village lies in a predominantly rural area characterized by agricultural land and some wooded sections. Batenhorst is situated near the Hamme River, a tributary of the Weser.
