Badulla

Badulla is a major city in Uva Province, Sri Lanka. It serves as the administrative capital of the Badulla District and is the largest city in Uva Province. Situated in the southeastern highlands of the island, Badulla is known for its picturesque landscapes, characterized by rolling hills, tea plantations, and waterfalls. The city experiences a relatively cooler climate compared to the coastal regions of Sri Lanka.

Historically, Badulla has been an important center for trade and administration.
