Baasiõiguste

Baasiõiguste, often translated as basic rights or fundamental rights, refers to a set of inherent and inalienable rights that are considered essential for human dignity and freedom. These rights are typically enshrined in a country's constitution or other supreme legal documents, and they serve to protect individuals from the arbitrary power of the state and other individuals.

The concept of basic rights has evolved over centuries, with influences from philosophical ideas and historical struggles for liberty.
