Avialike
Avialike is a term used in paleontology to describe a group of extinct, bird-like dinosaurs that are closely related to modern birds. These dinosaurs lived during the Mesozoic Era, from the Jurassic period onwards. The defining characteristic of avialike dinosaurs is their possession of numerous features that are also found in birds, such as feathers, a wishbone (furcula), and often a bird-like pelvis.
