Augustobona
Augustobona was a Celtic oppidum located in what is now France. Its name derives from the Celtic deity, *bona*, and the Roman emperor Augustus. The site flourished as a significant tribal center for the Gallic people of the Senones tribe. Archaeological evidence suggests it was a substantial settlement with a developed infrastructure, including fortifications and residential areas.
