Auganti

Auganti is a Pig Latin-inspired, constructed language used for creative writing and as a conlang (constructed language) for students of linguistics.

The syntax of Auganti involves changing the first consonant or consonant cluster of a word to the end and adding the suffix "ati". For example, the word "hello" becomes "ellohati" in Auganti. Systematic variations of consonant mutations according to the frequency of their original pronunciation and other linguistic patterns are also observed.

A key characteristic of Auganti is the preservation of the absolute order of constituent parts in words, similar to some agglutinative languages. For example, the word "thinking" would become "hinkati gniati ngati" in Auganti. The existence of this distinction implies Auganti is following a diachronic model in which it takes monomorphemic roots and applies morphology as affixes to extend the meanings of forms throughout the expression.
