Aparatuuris

Aparatuuris is the inessive form of the Estonian noun aparatuur, meaning equipment or apparatus. It is used to denote location inside equipment, and it appears primarily in technical writing, manuals, and scientific descriptions where the position of components within a device needs to be specified. In such contexts, aparatuuris clarifies that something is located within the device rather than on its exterior or in the surrounding environment.

Grammar and usage: Estonian marks location through a system of cases, and the inessive case expresses “in” or “inside.” The form aparatuuris arises when the reference is inside the equipment.
