Alternatywy

Alternatywy (sing. alternatywa) is the Polish term for options or courses of action that could replace the current state. An alternative is any feasible option a person or organization might choose, subject to constraints such as cost, practicality, and risk. The concept appears across disciplines—from everyday decisions to policy and planning—and is tied to notions of choices and possibilities.

In logic and philosophy, alternatives form disjunctions: a statement may hold under one alternative or another. Some sets are mutually exclusive, meaning only one option can be chosen; others can be pursued together or in sequence.
