Agreguemos

Agreguemos is a form of the Spanish verb agregar. It corresponds to the present subjunctive first-person plural (nosotros) and also to the affirmative imperative for nosotros, used to propose a shared action. In practice, it signals a collective suggestion or instruction to add something. For example: “Agreguemos estos datos al informe” or “Propongamos que agreguemos una sección adicional.”

Form and usage. In the subjunctive sense, agreguemos appears in subordinate clauses after expressions of necessity, possibility, desire or doubt (Es necesario que agreguemos..., Espero que agreguemos...). In the imperative sense, it functions as a inclusive exhortation: “Agreguemos los nuevos elementos.” The negative counterpart is no agreguemos. This form is common in formal writing, meeting minutes and collaborative work where a group is invited to act together.
