Aeroturbines

Aeroturbines are a type of wind turbine designed to harness wind energy at high altitudes, typically above 300 meters. They are part of a broader category of wind energy technologies known as high-altitude wind energy (HAWE). Aeroturbines are distinct from traditional ground-based wind turbines due to their design and operational characteristics.

The primary advantage of aeroturbines is their ability to capture stronger and more consistent winds at higher altitudes. These winds are generally less turbulent and more predictable than those at ground level, leading to more reliable energy production.
