ARFmediated refers to processes or events that are regulated or influenced by ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs). ARFs are a family of small GTP-binding proteins that act as molecular switches in cellular signaling pathways. They are crucial for a variety of cellular functions, including vesicular transport, actin cytoskeleton organization, and lipid metabolism.
