AMARG
AMARG, officially known as the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, is a United States Air Force unit located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base near Tucson, Arizona. Its primary mission is to store, maintain, and regenerate aircraft, missiles, and other aerospace vehicles. AMARG is often referred to as the "Boneyard" due to its vast collection of retired or surplus military aircraft.
The facility covers over 2,600 acres and houses thousands of aircraft from various branches of the U.S.
