ADKARmodellen
The ADKAR model is a change management framework developed by Prosci. It outlines the critical elements required for individual change to be successful, and by extension, for organizational change to occur. ADKAR is an acronym representing five distinct stages: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.
