25141
25141 is a minor planet in the outer region of the asteroid belt, orbiting the Sun at a distance of approximately 3.1 astronomical units (AU). It was discovered on February 14, 1998, by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research (LINEAR) project at the Lincoln Laboratory's Experimental Test Site near Socorro, New Mexico. The asteroid is classified as a main-belt asteroid, with a semi-major axis of 3.12 AU and an orbital period of about 5.6 Earth years. Its orbit has an eccentricity of 0.12 and an inclination of 12.4 degrees relative to the ecliptic plane. The asteroid has an estimated diameter of around 10 kilometers, based on its absolute magnitude of 13.5. Little is known about its physical properties, composition, or surface features. 25141 is designated (25141) 1998 CP2 by the Minor Planet Center.
